Using Stikpopsy
These terms cover the Stikpopsy website and mobile application, including accounts, sticker tools and community features. Last updated: 21 October 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@stikpopsy.com.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, use an email address you control and keep your password and verification links private. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms; where required, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. Verified email is required for protected publishing and community actions.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload. You must have permission to upload and share images, animation, video, names and other material, including any personal likenesses. You grant Stikpopsy the permissions necessary to store, convert, resize, display, synchronize and deliver that content according to your visibility settings. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Stikpopsy.
Public collections, copies and exports
Every sticker belongs to a collection. You choose whether your collections and stickers are public or private. Public content can be viewed by visitors, linked, indexed by search engines and copied into another user’s collection through the service. Making an original private or deleting it does not erase previously downloaded files, exported sticker packs or separately retained copies. Do not publish content if you do not want these sharing functions to apply.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, content exploiting children, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, targeted harassment, malware or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not impersonate others, send spam, manipulate rankings, automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, access private files without authorization or interfere with the service. Do not use public sharing to disclose another person’s private information without an appropriate basis.
Reports, moderation and rights concerns
Use the report tools to flag content or accounts. Rights holders and affected people may contact support@stikpopsy.com with the relevant public URL, an explanation of the concern and information sufficient to assess the request. We may remove or restrict content, limit features or suspend accounts to respond to abuse, legal requirements or security risks. You may contact support if you believe a moderation decision was mistaken. Do not submit knowingly false reports.
Third-party applications
Stikpopsy is independent of WhatsApp, Meta and other social platforms. Those providers determine their own availability, supported formats and sticker-pack acceptance. Exports and external links are subject to the destination service’s terms. Sharing a link does not guarantee that every external service will display the content.
Availability and changes
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider changes, connectivity or security work. Keep your own copies of important original files. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any feature. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional guarantees. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Closing an account and contacting us
You may stop using the service at any time and delete an eligible account through settings after confirming your password. Account deletion and content removal are subject to the copy and backup limitations described in the privacy policy. We may revise these terms and communicate material changes through the service or email as appropriate. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain unaffected. Contact: support@stikpopsy.com.
