About this policy
Stikpopsy provides sticker creation, collections, public profiles and community sharing on the web and mobile. This policy explains the information used to provide those features. Last updated: 21 October 2026. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@stikpopsy.com.
Information you provide
When you register, we store your email address, username, display name and a securely hashed password. Optional information includes your biography, website, profile photo, language and notification preferences. We store uploaded stickers, collection details, visibility choices, likes, favorites, follows, comments and reports so these features work across your devices.
Sessions, device storage and security
Essential session cookies keep web users signed in; the mobile app stores its session credentials using device security facilities. The offline library and language preference use local device storage. Authentication, request limits, IP-related security records and server logs help prevent abuse and investigate failures. Verification and reset links use expiring tokens. Removing local browser data may remove content that has not been synchronized.
Public profiles and private content
Usernames, display names, biographies, websites and profile photos can be viewed without signing in. Public collections and public stickers in public collections can appear in search, trend feeds, public links and search engines. Private collections and stickers require authorized access. Changing visibility or deleting an original cannot revoke files previously downloaded, exported or independently copied into another collection. Comments on a sticker follow access to that sticker.
How information is used
Account information authenticates you and synchronizes your library between web and mobile. Community activity supports feeds, notifications and trend rankings. We use email for account verification, password resets and account security. Optional notification preferences can be changed in settings; essential account messages may still be sent when needed.
Hosting, email and external applications
Account records are stored in PostgreSQL and uploaded media in protected server storage. Hostinger Email API processes the recipient address and message content for transactional email sent from support@stikpopsy.com. Hosting, infrastructure and email providers process information needed to operate the service. If you export a sticker to WhatsApp or another application, the selected files are transferred to that application under its own policies. Public links may also be shared outside Stikpopsy.
Retention and deletion
We retain account content while it is needed to provide your account, subject to deletion and moderation. You can edit your profile, remove your stickers and collections, or request account deletion in settings by confirming your password. Deletion removes active account records and associated owned media; copies belonging to other users may remain. Rotating server backups retain a limited set of recent snapshots and may temporarily contain deleted records until those snapshots are replaced. Security logs and abuse records may be retained where necessary to protect the service or meet applicable obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can manage visibility, notification preferences, profile details and password in settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your personal information. Contact support@stikpopsy.com with your request; we may need to verify account ownership before taking action. You may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our features, providers or practices change. The update date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email as appropriate. Please do not include your password or reset tokens in support messages.
